Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?

Yes, you can transfer to a larger or smaller storage unit as long as there is availability, and it’s super easy to do.

Do I need to pay a deposit, set-up or administrative fee?

No, we do not charge any other fees and all leases are month to month here. Just your rent and protection plan.

What’s the difference between indoor self storage and indoor temperature controlled storage?

All of our storage units are indoors. Our regular indoor self storage is heated in the winter and typically gets 5–8 degrees warmer than our temperature controlled units about 3 months out of the summer on average. Our temperature controlled storage units stay between 60–85 degrees. Since our entire facility is inside the building, even our non-temperature controlled storage units are still pleasant compared to an outdoor storage shed.

Can I really drive up to each of your 5 levels?

Yes, we are the only 5-story facility in the area that allows you to drive up to each level to access your storage unit. There are no elevators or stairs to worry about. You get the security benefits and cleanliness of indoor storage without the hassle of stairs or elevators.

Can I take rental trucks and passenger vans out of the state?

Yes, they can travel anywhere within the USA, but they must return to us as a round trip rental.

Can someone else access my unit on my behalf?

Whoever you choose to give access to your storage unit is up to you. You will need to provide them with your storage details, key, and gate codes.

Will my furniture and TVs be okay in your storage?

Customers have been storing furniture, TVs, and household items at our facility for over 15 years. Since our facility is indoors, it helps maintain cleanliness, and we have regular pest control to keep rodents and bugs away so your items stay clean.

How do I move out or end my lease?

Just email us a 10-day written vacate notice to info@monsterstoragellc.com and include your space number and full name. Then make sure your storage unit or space is swept, clean, empty, and the lock removed by your scheduled vacate date.
